Systemstack is a local data tracking utility and analytical software for organizing cold-storage inventory records, reviewing historical notes, and maintaining informational summaries. It is record-keeping and analytical software only.

Systemstack is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform, or payment provider. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful informational purposes and may use the software to organize and analyze local informational records you are authorized to handle. You agree to use the software only in ways consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

Systemstack does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular archival standard. You remain responsible for maintaining backups of important records.

7. Third-party services

The website may reference third-party services, including a link labeled “Get it from Microsoft” that redirects to https://apps.microsoft.com/. “Available on Microsoft Store” is supporting CTA text and does not by itself mean Microsoft developed, verified, certified, endorsed, or published Systemstack. Third-party terms apply to those services.
